Free UPS Ground shipping will apply for individual orders of $50.00 or more.
All orders placed by 5:00 p.m. EST (M-F) will ship the same day.
Return Policy
Returns will only be authorized for items returned within 90 days of original purchase date.
A 20% restocking fee will apply for all unopened returned items. Credit will not be given for unopened items returned with packaging flaws or damage such as marks, stickers, labels, etc.
Defective returns must be authorized by The Toner Superstore, Inc. in advance and credit will be given upon inspection. Credit or replacement will not be given for items inspected at 50% or more usage or for any items not originally purchased from The Toner Superstore, Inc.
